BSIDES

From the Violent World compilation… Pennywise covering the Misfits..

Pennywise - Astro Zombies

TOOL

So TOOL has always been a huge guilty pleasure for me. I saw them on the Undertow tour years and years ago and have loved every single record they have put till the last one. Anyway, I have always wanted recorded versions of the two live songs on their first EP Opiate. Well thanks to the internet, I have demo’ed versions of these two songs. The funny thing about these was I used to own the cassette that these demos came from. I guess I just didn’t ever listen to it that much cause, well, it was on a cassette…

Anyway, since I am such a nice guy, I shall share them with you..

Tool - Jerkoff (Recorded Demo Version)

Tool - Cold and Ugly (Recorded Demo Version)

A fucking brilliant hardcore song…

Snapcase - Caboose

Well, it’s not a bside, it’s more of a forgotten song. Check out how melodic and poppy this punk ditty from Shelter is, I mean if this thing came out today, it’d be on the Hills soundtrack.

Shelter - Here we Go

A track from the Mars Volta. Enjoy.

the Mars Volta - Frances the Mute (Edit)

Hey DERICK G. Have a safe trip back to LA.

here’s Slayer.

Black Flag (featuring Tom A from Slayer) - Revenge

Slayer - Raining Blood

Good night and thanks for all the sneakers!

Some live David Dondero at his most controversial ..

David Dondero - Preinvasion Jitters

Here’s a Rapture bside. Old 7 inch. they don’t sound like this at all anymore…

The Rapture - The Chair that Squeaks

I found this whole Joan of Arc record online and I was pretty psyched and I forgot how much I liked this song.

Joan of Arc - This LIfe Cumalitive

PS. I saw Emily Mortimer on the street yesterday. She was cleavagey and cute.

Hey Y’all . Shamely enough, (did I just make that up??) , I am working today. So here’s a song of what it would sound like if I wasn’t working: (not a b side but a full on a side.)

Paul Simon - Me And Julio Down By The Schoolyard
