BSIDES

Anyone else in a metal mood?? Here’s a nice live version of Sweet Leaf from Black Sabbath

black sabbath – sweetleaf (live)

I have been listening to a lot of radiohead today. Maybe it’s my mood, maybe .. Anyway, here are three B Sides, that you big radiohead fans probably already have. For the rest of you..
take the music and run.

Radiohead – Amazing Sounds of Orgy

Radiohead – the Trickster

Radiohead – Subterranean Homesick Alien (Acoustic on KCRW)

From the Violent World compilation… Pennywise covering the Misfits..

Pennywise – Astro Zombies

TOOL

So TOOL has always been a huge guilty pleasure for me. I saw them on the Undertow tour years and years ago and have loved every single record they have put till the last one. Anyway, I have always wanted recorded versions of the two live songs on their first EP Opiate. Well thanks to the internet, I have demo’ed versions of these two songs. The funny thing about these was I used to own the cassette that these demos came from. I guess I just didn’t ever listen to it that much cause, well, it was on a cassette…

Anyway, since I am such a nice guy, I shall share them with you..

Tool – Jerkoff (Recorded Demo Version)

Tool – Cold and Ugly (Recorded Demo Version)

A fucking brilliant hardcore song…

Snapcase – Caboose

Well, it’s not a bside, it’s more of a forgotten song. Check out how melodic and poppy this punk ditty from Shelter is, I mean if this thing came out today, it’d be on the Hills soundtrack.

Shelter – Here we Go

A track from the Mars Volta. Enjoy.

the Mars Volta – Frances the Mute (Edit)

Hey DERICK G. Have a safe trip back to LA.

here’s Slayer.

Black Flag (featuring Tom A from Slayer) – Revenge

Slayer – Raining Blood

Good night and thanks for all the sneakers!

Some live David Dondero at his most controversial ..

David Dondero – Preinvasion Jitters

Here’s a Rapture bside. Old 7 inch. they don’t sound like this at all anymore…

The Rapture – The Chair that Squeaks
