Just to give you a head’s up, this is going to be my last daily “links roundup” till the 12th or the 13th cause I am heading to Reykjavik, Iceland for vacation. I will be posting pictures, stories and so forth like I do on any other trip. Either way.. Enjoy the last of it for a while..

So a few months ago, we had a small art show for my friends and I .. I showed three photographs that didn’t sell. (not cause they weren’t good, I think it might have been the venue or cause none of my friends got to really see them…)

Last night before I went drinking with my friend to drown his sorrows, I stopped by Ryan McGinley’s Art Opening at Team ..

Below images are great representations of what going to an Art Opening in NYC might be like if you don’t live here. One is a picture from the exhibit and one is of the crowd. It was filled with arty NYC types, Skaters and tons of hipsters. Not that there’s anything wrong with any of these groups, there were just a TON OF THEM.

The art was better than I remember it being. He took 150,000 pictures during a huge road trip and picked these images. Tons of nudes but some of the images felt really atmospheric and dream like. It was really nice actually..
