During mine (my husband had just left me and i was literally filled with anger) i turned into this hateful girl spouting truth NO ONE wanted to hear. But its controlable to a degree, whatever mood you are in when you do it is how your experiance will be. i know if i did it again (i had bought a case of it, a lot of it cuz you only need a pinch, gave it to my sis when she moved back to cali) i would go in with a different mind frame and it would be wodnerful. i remember how important it was for me to get out of the house and into the grass under the stars and trees, that was very clear. its a very natural thing. the strongest natural hallucinogin available. because it is 100% natural, and it almost ignored by the populace, its cool.
