Someone once said this to me, a classic quote from a classic film:
The Colonel: All that hate’s gonna burn you up, kid.
Robert: It keeps me warm.
I was out drinking with my posse, yep that’s what I call them, and ThePunkGuy, ask me if I wanted to vent my views, so here it is, I have no ideal what it is about. It could consist of me bitiching about my neighbors of Williamsburg (how original), upcoming shows, albums I am obsessed with at the moment, or new tracks by bands I think you should check out, but I think it will be mostly venting. I hope you like it, because I love you and I need to stay warm.
Here is a short bio:

and now for our first post:
Alright, I am sure TPG will be all over this, but I have been looking forward to this Friday since they closed out their 5 night stand at the Bowery on June 1st. Yep, the National will be playing a free show at South Street Seaport with The Forms and Takka Takka. The National released their new CD Boxer earlier this year, and it’s probably still the best album of the year. This should be an amazing show, things kick off at 6pm and right now the weather for Friday looks great.

Red Dawn was the movie, and C Thomas Howell was etching kill marks into the shoulder stock of his Klashnikof when the AirForce guy made the comment. I hope everyone watches that movie at least every other year, WOlverines!
