One more reason I love Sweden. Check out the Second Band from Stockholm. Think Decemberists meet Bright Eyes without all the wine and 5 dollar vocabulary words. TRUST ME, Very recommended!

Wow, I really like these songs a lot! The second one is very Okkervil River-ish. If you’re in a band and are going to sound almost exactly like another, Okkervil is the way to go. How many releases do they have?
I’m going to have to look into these guys more, and feature them on Pop Headwound in the very near future (with a shout out to TPG, of course)
