I haven’t left the house since Noon yesterday, however I HEAR that it’s colder than a witch’s tit out there. So for our first day of real Winter. Some songs about it:
REASONS TO LIKE WINTER:
Elliott Smith - Angel in the Snow
Sufjan Stevens - Sister Winter
Nick Drake - Winter is Gone (traditional)
See you out in the cold. Ill be the one dressed like a wool ninja!

Since everyone and their mother seems to love Menomena these days, (I mean god bless them and all ) but I am going to ‘kick it old school’ by offering some harder to find Menomena songs. Let me say this again, I love this band and if you haven’t already, go and buy everything this band puts out and buy tickets to see them play at BOWERY.
Menomena - 20 Cell Revolt (live on KEXP)
The Late Great Libido (menomena cover) - Andrew Listman
